About Us – Tender3D

We have been buying and selling 3D modelling and animation internationally for years. We did it the slow, difficult way- finding suppliers on forums, taking chances with them.

As yet, there is no dedicated marketplace for 3D professionals on the internet that we know of. Tender3D will be a marketplace in which 3D modelling and animation can be traded internationally the way it should be done. Buyers will be able to specify exactly what type of 3D they require, and get an objective rating of response to tender from the system.

The application will be launching shortly.

Dave has worked in marketing in the 3D industry for 5 years, commissioning 3D animations for companies ranging from startups to blue-chip companies. Identifying the need years ago for a forum in which buyers could source the right 3D professionals for specific types of work, Dave is passionate about Tender3D. Dave holds a MBS (MIMAS) and has had research published relating to the marketing of computer systems.

Ger loves programming- he runs a web development company in his spare time. With an M.Sc. in Cognitive Science and Natural Language Processing, Ger has had research published in algorithms and discourse. Ger is driving the technical development of Tender3D, co-ordinating our team of inhouse and 3rd party designers/ developers and PHP specialists Echolibre.

A graduate of the BSc. Multimedia course in DCU, Eoghan is a 3D animator. Eoghan worked as a freelance 3D artist and as the director of production in a 3D animation studio for 6 years. Eoghan has worked on large, complex animation projects for some of the biggest companies in their field, and works on marketing and usability for Tender3D.

An experienced 3D animator and web designer, Donal works on design of the interfaces of the system and manages operation of the system. Donal has managed and worked on individual segments of large and small 3D modelling projects for years. Donal also holds a BSc. Mma.
